Cute and versatile bolero shrug. Ruffled upper sleeves tapering down into a slim fit lower arm. Long sleeves so it ends past the wrist with a little bit of ruffled crinoline sewn into the upper shoulder for volume. We use a slightly thicker and shinier PVC for
this shrug (for the black, pearl pink, red, and white) which has sort of a slightly
thicker and smoother latex look and stretch to it than regular PVC (but
no need for polish).
