Elegant and theatrical shrug. We've ruched the top of the sleeve, split it down the center and sewed the ruffled center to a working zipper. You can open and close the sleeve center as desired. Slightly raised neckline and 3 working zippers are placed in the back of the design. More pictures and detail shots to come.
Does not come with the matching Morrigan dress shown. Available in all store colours. Shown in metallic red and black PVC.
