High waisted and dripping with lace, this dress is based on one of the patterns from the Japanese Gothic Lolita Bible. The skirt and cuffs flare out while the puffy sleeves and fitted arms and top give it an hourglass shape. This dress will flatter any figure and is short so you can wear it with bloomers.
