This dress is based on a Japanese Anime style nurse with a belled out skirt and puffy sleeves. This style of dress is both comfortable and flatters all body types.

The nurse cap comes with the dress and closes with a metal snap in the back:

From our own experience we find it easiest to pin the hat to the hair with metal clips to prevent it from moving around on the head while dancing.
