This double layered skirt with lace trim and ruffles is just perfect for a lunch of tea and crumpets! The back is longer with PVC ruffled layers and it looks best with a mid length crinoline as the wide base allows you to add as much body as you want underneath.  Most are shown with a hoop skirt (available on ebay for less than $20) or layers of crinolines. An adjustable drawstring elastic waist means you can either wear it low on the hips with a top or higher up underneath a corset. Other colour combinations available upon special request.
