Shorter version of our classic Goth Loli skirt which ends mid thigh. Choose whether you want black, white, or no lace using the options below. The thickness of the PVC keeps it puffy without the need for crinoline. It is adjustable with a elastic drawstring waist so you can wear it as high or as low on your waist as you wish. Eye-bleedingly adorable with a lace trimmed PVC apron or parasol.
