We accept Paypal, credit cards, interac direct transfers, and money orders and ship worldwide using a variety of methods. All prices are in Canadian dollars (they used to be in US dollars however the US and Canadian dollar are the same right now so we've switched to Canadian). Please keep in mind while estimating arrival time that to keep prices low and offer a wide range of color combinations almost all items are made as soon as the order is received. Construction time ranges between one and a four weeks depending on the size, complexity of the order, colour choice, and how busy we are. Remember that we are much busier during Halloween and its best to order in advance. Larger orders of $350 value or more may take slightly longer. We can make your item with rush production for an extra $15 for 6-9 day production or $25 for 3-5 day production (if it takes a few days longer to make we always use your rush fee to upgrade you to a faster shipping method). You must select on the product page and smaller items can often be made faster for no fee if you email us. If you require an item completed and shipped out to you in 48 hours please email us with the details and we will let you know if it is possible and what the rush fee if any will be. Please give yourself a few days leeway time in case of problems with shipping or if you are not home to accept the parcel (if you request Fedex). We have no control over customs and sometimes (although rarely) they will hold a package for a few days increasing shipping time.

All customs and brokerage charges (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer. If you need an outfit for a specific event please order in advance, select the rush production option, or pay extra for next day delivery. Please note the rush option is production time only, not shipping time. You'll also need to choose expresspost or overnight shipping if you need it really quickly. In the end though its best just to order early and save yourself the stress and extra fees. If you would like you can email us before you order so we can discuss the details and please leave a note in the comments of your order so we can make sure we get it to you in time for your event. To save money on excess inventory (and to allow for the large product line) 95% of all products are made to order. So be sure to order early especially if you are not from North America as shipping time can vary by country. And remember if you need something right away be sure to check our etsy auctions to see if we've got anything in stock that you'd like. We usually put all our photoshoot items and size exchanges there for 60-90% of there regular prices.

Please note that we can only accept returns on some items so please make sure that you pick the correct size and measure yourself carefully and keep in mind we always make items for you after you order so if you aren't sure of something ask first. Exchange information is also explained in the sizes page. PVC does have leeway though so if you are an inch or so off the measurement chart in one area it won't be a problem. Exchange fees depend on the item and colour. For example we'll have a much easier time reselling a black corset instead of a neon pink one so the price will depend on the item and the colour.

1. Paypal
Can be used with a checking account or any type of credit card to artificeclothing@gmail.com This third party payment system is extremely secure and we do not have access to your credit card number or passwords.

2. Interac Direct E-mail transer (CANADIANS ONLY)
Full instructions are given here and please send payments to artificeclothing@gmail.com (for some reason if you send it to artifice@artificeclothing.com we don't get them right away). Please set the answer to the security question as Artifice and include the order number in the email.

3. Mail in (Address given upon checkout)
Please e-mail to confirm that payment was recieved if it has been over two weeks since the letter was sent. Make sure that you send an International money or postal order or exact well hidden Canadian or American funds. No other currencies will be accepted. Remember that if you send a money order it must be cashable in Canada, if there is a hold on the money order we will wait until it has cleared before starting on clothing.

4. Credit Cards
We will charge your card within 12 hours of the order and update it to paid once the payment is accepted by your credit card company. We don't store your credit cards information after the purchase for your security.
