Layered 3/4 puffed sleeve bolero shrug. We've added two ruffled layers to the body of the shrug and three to the body of the shrug for an elegant and dramatic silhouette. Please choose your main colour and your accent colour if you would like this to have contastring colour layers as shown. This combination is neon pink with regular pink as the accent colour, and the other images are red, and nude PVC.
