Gorgeously opulent, this skirt is made from high quality PVC with a drawstring waist so you can either wear it higher under a corset or lower on your hips with a top. Since its high quality lace and PVC the price is high but the effect is stunning. Please choose your lace colour for the PVC and if you would like the lace insert choose that colour as well.

Looks best when worn over a crinoline or hoop skirt (not included in the price but they can be purchased quite cheaply on ebay. We no longer offer the lace layer shown in some pictures for this skirt since the production time was too long.
