Elegant shrug with intricate pleating on the sleeve and rounded front. We use a slightly thicker and shinier PVC for
this shrug (for the black, pearl pink, red, and white) which has sort of a slightly
thicker and smoother latex look and stretch to it than regular PVC(but
no need for polish).
