This adjustable collar has a cyber-gothic feel and is made from woven plastic with black PVC trim and a large plastic D ring. The back secures with a tiny quick relase snap which can be shortened for a perfect fit. This very simple and economical item has been designed to match most of our cyber-gothic collection.
