This dress is made from high quality stretchy PVC and has been designed to accent the waist and bust. It is closed in the back with three large adjustable plastic snaps on woven plastic straps and a 2" elastic strap is used for the halter style strap around the neck and the comfortable material will not dig into your skin. If you want a specific length for the halter strap please include that info with your order.  We have used two black plastic zippers on the back which allow for easy removal and customized slit length. The open ended zippers also mean the dress separates into three sections  The front is about three inches shorter in than in the back for a tapered look which also makes your legs look longer.
