Unique PVC two colour Pierrot hat. You can wear this with multicolored clothing for a Clown costume look! Available in all of our colours of PVC with your choice of accent colour and bow tip. Made with a thick foam liner for structure and an elastic chin strap (you can shorten this if needed by tying a loop in the elastic under your chin).
