This adorable Clear PVC neck ruff is available in any combination of tinted pink clear PVC, tinted red clear PVC, tinted neon red (intense slightly orange colour) clear PVC, tinted blue clear PVC, and regular clear PVC! We've designed this with shorter pleats in the front of your neck which get longer and longer out to the sides of your face to avoid hiding your jaw line and added a cute PVC bow centre!
Available in small, medium, and large with a hidden velcro adjustable opening underneath the bow. Choose your main colour and your trim and bow colour using the options below.
