We accept Paypal, credit cards, interac direct transfers, and ship worldwide using a variety of methods. All prices are in US dollars and our clothing is completely made in North America.
Please keep in mind while estimating arrival time that to keep prices low and offer a wide range of color combinations all items are made as soon as the order is received. Sewing time ranges between one to three weeks depending on the size, complexity of the order, and how busy we are. Larger orders may take three to five weeks. Please e-mail us right away after you place your order with the date you need your outfit so we can add a note to our cutting list and double check your shipping and sewing options.
We can sew extremely urgent rush orders for an extra $25 for 2-4 business day production (if it takes a day or two longer to sew we will use your rush fee to upgrade you to a faster shipping method) per item. 5-7 business day rush sewing is available for $15 extra.
Shipping or customs delays beyond either of our control have been occurring so please try to give yourself five extra days in case of slow downs in your area or missed deliveries.
Shipping to the United States (will arrive with USPS with no tariffs)
USPS - Priority Mail® 4-9 business days (trackable)
This is the fastest shipping method currently available to us while avoiding US prepaid duty. If we are able to provide faster shipping methods in the future we will update our shipping options.
Shipping to Canada (will be delivered by ChitChats with no tariffs)
Canada Post - Xpresspost 1-5 business days (trackable)
Canada Post - Expedited Parcel 1-7 business days (trackable)
Canada Post - Priority 1-3 business days (trackable)
Shipping Overseas (will arrive with your regular mail, e-mail us if you want a lower value declared for your package)
Tracked Packet International 6-11 business days (trackable)
Expresspost International 4-7 business days (trackable)
All customs and brokerage charges (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer but we will mark the package as a low value gift if you request it.
If you need something right away or are looking for discounts please be sure to check our etsy page! We put all our photoshoot samples, product samples, extra stock, and size exchanges there for 10-70% off of their regular prices.
The following payment methods are accepted and can be selected at checkout.
1. Paypal (charged through the paypal system)
Can be used with a checking account or any type of credit card, an account is not necessary. This third party payment system is extremely secure and we do not have access to your credit card number or passwords.
2. Interac Direct E-mail transer (Canada only)
Please set the answer to the security question as Artifice and send your payment to artifice@artificeclothing.com. If you would like to use a different password please e-mail us after checkout to confirm the password you used. Our prices are in US dollars.
3. Credit Cards (processed through Shopify)
We don't store your credit card information for your security and accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
