A classic and flattering PVC dress. This short fitted dress has a peterpan style collar, puffy mutton chop sleeves (with a little bit of crinoline sewn into the shoulders for volume) and white cuffs. There is a small invisible zipper in the back of this dress and it also opens in the front bustline with snap buttons(available in black, white, red, pearl ivory, or pearl black).
Available in all store colours which your choice of accent colour for the cuffs and colour.
