We have designed this super cute PVC bow collar with ruffled PVC and crinoline details. This collar is easily adjustable with velcro in the back. Made from Gingerbread coloured PVC with cream metallic icing trim and a metallic green bow. If you'd like a different colour combination please message us after checkout.
