Adorable PVC top with a unique neckline and optional bow tie. Sleeve band detailing with buttons and little ruffles at the sides of the torso to enhance your hips. The optional neck bow (+$25) has a adjustable length using a plastic snap in the back and can be worn separately.

Available in all store colours and shown with our mini corset belt available for an additional $55 using the option above. You can also add a matching colour mini skirt for an extra $20. Please also choose your button colour using the options above.
